Payment Options
My Scarlet Rose uses PayPal as our
payment processor. PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and eCheck. For questions regarding
PayPal, please click on the following link: https://www.paypal.com.
In addition to PayPal, we also accept
personal checks and money orders. However, we will not ship your order until after the check clears...usually 10 business
days. Please contact us first before placing an order if paying by check or money order at www.scarletrosemail@aol.com
We do not accept cash or COD’s.

Shipping Times
Please
remember that our items are handmade. Each piece is made after the order is place. It is very
rare that we have an inventory on hand. If this is the case, we will let you know and then get started on your specific order.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be processed. In the event that it will take longer than 4 weeks, we will email
you to inform of this ahead of time once we have checked our inventory.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated based on the actual weight
of the merchandise order once it’s packed and completed; and it also depends on the destination zip code. Note that
this rate calculation is based on shipments shipping out from Tennessee or Florida.
If you have a UPS account and prefer us to bill
the freight charges to your account, please provide the necessary information in the comments section of the order. Or if
you prefer to ship via Expedite service, other than the normal ground shipping, please also let us know.
Domestic
We use UPS ground for domestic shipping. You
can choose next day air, 2 days & 3 days select. The shipping cost will be added to final invoice. You can also use US
postal service for international shipping.
International
We
Welcome International Orders!
Our online prices and invoices do NOT include duties or other taxes
that may be imposed by the destination country.
We will use US Postal Service. It is cheapest shipping method for international shipment.

Privacy Policy
We absolutely value
our customers and their privacy. We respect our customers and understand that you are concerned about your privacy. We have
instituted policies to ensure that your personal information is handled safely and responsibly. Your personal information,
however, is only used for shipping and/or notification purposes. We do not sell or exchange your information with any third
parties for any other purposes. PayPal
handles all transactions issued via internet order securely with your credit card company. No
need for a PayPal account.
Return and exchange
policy
Please read carefully.
- NO
RETURNS ACCEPTED-these are custom orders.
- Exchanges accepted only for defective products or sending the wrong merchandise. If we don't
have any stock for them, we will give you a store credit for your next purchase after we receive defective products or the
wrong merchandise.
- NO EXCHANGE will be accepted for personalized and/or
custom-made purses, or SALE promotional items.
- Any exchanges found
to be non-defective or unrelated to our faults are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
- We need to be notified of the manufacture defect items within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
- The product must not be altered to disguise as a manufacture defect item.
- Shipping charges is the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is returned
due to a defect or a wrong item.
- Returned merchandise must be unused
and in original packaging, labels attached and in the same condition as received. Returned merchandise should be insured.
We are not liable for returned merchandise that does not reach our store.
- Final
approval of any return is based upon receipt and inspection by My Scarlet Rose.
- NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS! ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Damaged
merchandise from shipping and handling must be claimed with the freight carrier within 24 hours of receipt. If any cartons
are missing or damaged, be sure to note this to the freight carrier. If you notice concealed damage after the freight driver
has left, keep the original shipping box together with all the packing materials and call the freight carrier immediately
to return and to inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
